Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TriageDesk platform, operated by TriageDesk Health Technologies Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of Delaware, USA. By accessing or using TriageDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
TriageDesk provides AI-powered clinical triage, acuity scoring, and patient routing software designed for hospitals, urgent care clinics, and healthcare facilities. The platform integrates with electronic health record (EHR) systems to support clinical decision-making.
2. Eligibility
TriageDesk is intended for use by licensed healthcare organizations and their authorized personnel. By using the platform, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of a healthcare organization and that your use complies with applicable healthcare regulations.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify TriageDesk Health Technologies Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Clinical Disclaimer
TriageDesk is a clinical decision-support tool. It does not replace professional medical judgment. All triage recommendations, acuity scores, and routing suggestions are intended to assist — not replace — qualified healthcare providers. Final clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed clinicians.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriageDesk Health Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TriageDesk, including but not limited to clinical outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
Privacy Policy
TriageDesk Health Technologies Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy and security of patient data and user information processed through the TriageDesk platform.
1. Data We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide clinical triage services, including: user account information (name, email, role, organization), patient symptom data submitted through the triage intake flow, EHR data accessed via authorized integrations, platform usage and analytics data, and device and browser information for security purposes.
2. How We Use Data
Data is used to provide and improve triage services, generate acuity scores and routing recommendations, produce analytics and reporting for your facility, maintain platform security and compliance, and communicate with authorized users about their accounts.
3. HIPAA Compliance
TriageDesk is fully HIPAA compliant. We maintain a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every customer. All protected health information (PHI) is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access to PHI is role-based and audited.
4. Data Retention
Patient triage data is retained in accordance with your facility's data retention policies and applicable healthcare regulations. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 90 days of account termination upon request.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Healthcare organizations may exercise data rights on behalf of their patients in accordance with applicable law. Contact privacy@triagedesk.space for data requests.

Used to understand how the platform is used, identify performance issues, and improve the user experience. These do not contain patient health information.
